Q: How long does shipping take?
All 72ST products are made to order in the US. Production: 3–7 business days. Standard Shipping (US): 3–5 business days. Total: 6–12 business days.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. Under $75: flat $5.99.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Currently US only. Sign up for our email list to be notified when we expand.

Q: How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Contact support@72st.art if you haven't received tracking within 8 business days.

Q: My order says delivered but I haven't received it?
Check with neighbors or your building's mail room first. If still missing 2 business days after "delivered" status, contact support@72st.art.

Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Items with defects or printing errors are always eligible for a free replacement or full refund.

Q: How do I start a return?
Email support@72st.art with your order number and reason. We'll respond within 1-2 business days.

Q: What if I received a defective item?
Contact us with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund immediately — no return required.

📏 Sizing

Q: How do I know what size to order?
Check the Size Guide on every product page. When in doubt, size up for a relaxed streetwear fit.

Q: Do your items run true to size?
Our pieces are designed with a relaxed to slightly oversized streetwear fit. If you prefer fitted, size down one.

👕 Product Quality

Q: Is this just a cheap print-on-demand brand?
No. We use premium heavyweight cotton, DTG printing with wash-resistant inks, and high-density embroidery on select pieces. Every item goes through quality check before shipping.

Q: Will the print fade after washing?
Wash inside-out in cold water, tumble dry low. Our prints are designed to maintain color through 50+ washes.

72ST combines the number 72 — referencing the 72 transformations of Sun Wukong, the Monkey King — with ST for Street. You contain multitudes. You can transform. You do it on your own terms.
